Apartments in Spain – Costa Blanca, Alicante

Welcome to the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante! The Costa Blanca – or “White Coast” – stretches over 240 kilometers of stunning beaches and vibrant towns. It’s one of the most visited regions in Spain, offering an average annual temperature of 20 °C, around 320 days of sunshine per year, and a swimming season that lasts from April to November.

Our apartments are located in the southern part of the Costa Blanca, in the peaceful town of Torre La Mata. Here you’ll find the longest white-sand beaches and natural dunes, among the most beautiful on the Spanish coast. The area enjoys a dry climate with only about 250 mm of rain annually (approximately 20 rainy days per year). Nearby, you can explore historical landmarks, crystal-clear beaches, and the nearest airport is just 35 kilometers away.

For me and my family, this was truly excellent accommodation. Great hospitality, a lovely apartment, and everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we were on the beach in just 3 minutes! The weather in November was amazing – even the kids went swimming. We can honestly recommend this place to everyone! 😊

Un apartamento acogedor a pocos pasos de la playa y del supermercado. El apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitábamos – ¡incluso una plancha, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa! Nos sentimos como en casa. El propietario fue muy amable y atento, nos explicó todo claramente e incluso organizó el traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Todo fue perfecto y valoramos mucho el trato personal. ¡Sin duda volveremos para otra estancia!

Clean, fully equipped, and spacious apartment – just five minutes from the center of La Mata and close to the beach. There’s a shop and two restaurants just around the corner. Everything went exactly as agreed, and we even received a welcome drink on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Free parking was available right in front of the building. We had a great stay!

The house is in a perfect location – just 20 meters from the beach, with a beautiful cycling path nearby and everything you need close at hand. We felt very comfortable in the clean, modern interior that had a true home-like atmosphere. I also have to highlight the friendly and helpful staff – nothing was ever a problem, including the owners, who were always ready to assist. There’s a terrace with a grill where you can barbecue, and pets are welcome too. Thank you – we’ll be happy to come back again!

Tolles Apartment in perfekter Lage. Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier. Diesmal hatte ich das Apartment 1+1 – das Bett war neu und angenehm fest, einfach super. WC und Dusche befinden sich in einem separaten Raum. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

La maison mitoyenne se trouve dans une cour intérieure, donc l’endroit est absolument calme. La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique et spacieuse, avec une vue sur la mer. Le logement est vaste – une grande cuisine, un salon confortable, et deux salles de bains avec toilettes. Chaque chambre est équipée de la climatisation, ce qui est très pratique. Devant la maison, il y a un petit jardin avec coin salon et barbecue. Je ne peux que le recommander !
