Two-Storey Beachfront House with Garden and Rooftop Terrace Overlooking the Sea

This townhouse is located in a peaceful, gated community in the central part of La Mata, right on the sandy beach. The house features a private garden at the front with outdoor seating, a barbecue, and a large sun umbrella.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room, a bathroom with a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, all necessary kitchenware, and a washing machine). The living room includes a dining table, a sofa bed, and a Smart TV.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom with a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds. From the bedroom, a staircase leads to a spacious rooftop terrace with outdoor seating and a beautiful sea view.

Next to the garden entrance is access to the underground garage, where a private parking space (number 3) is reserved for guests.

Final cleaning.

Payment options:
We accept bank transfers or cash in EUR.
It is also possible to pay using employer benefit contributions.

Reservation policy:
The reservation is confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation price is received.
The remaining balance is due one week before arrival.

Cancellation policy:
– Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: 30% of the paid amount will be charged.
– Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the paid amount will be charged.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Additional information:
– Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and throughout the building.
– Pets are welcome, but please respect the privacy of other guests in the building. A pet fee of €30 per stay applies.
